Chuzo Marinade
On 2021-03-22 by Pam1/2 cup soya sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons of molasses
2 teaspoons of minced fresh ginger
2 teaspoons of dry mustard
6 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup of red wine, dry
Mix together and pour over any kind of steak. I like flank steak cut into strips but, this works with anything. Marinate on the counter overnight or up to 24 hours. BBQ to your preferred temperature.
