I’m human, not perfect. I am alive and worthy.
I won’t let one thing affect the rest of my day.
Would I say this to my best friend? Then, don’t say it to yourself.
It is OK to take some me-time.
STOP negative thoughts – don’t allow yourself to go down the “rabbit hole”.
I accept who I am – strengths and weaknesses.
I can’t control everything.
Live by what is true – look for evidence and avoid making up stories about what might be.
Give yourself credit for what you do well. Celebrate every success – big and small.
