2 packages of any kind of gluten free pasta
1 jar of green or red pesto
10 fresh basil leaves
1/2 cup of parmesan cheese
2 lbs of asparagus
4 pieces of any kind of chicken
Grill the chicken and asparagus. I used a grilling mat…salt and pepper on the chicken – olive oil and salt and pepper on the asparagus. Boil the pasta according to the package directions. Stir in the pesto and parmesan cheese. Stir in the asparagus – add the chicken on top. You can add peanuts of pine nuts or almonds…etc. to the top but it is not necessary. That’s it and it is delicious!
