4 chicken breasts (I cut mine into cubes and made shish-ka-bobs) 1 1/2 cups of buttermilk 1 tablespoon of minced garlic 2 teaspoons of Italian Seasoning 1/2 teaspoon of chili powder 1 tablespoon of brown sugar salt and pepper 2 tablespoons of melted butter
Mix everything in a resealable bag and leave in the refrigerator for from 5 – 24 hours. I always do mine for a full day. Grill until the internal temperature reaches 165-170 F. The meat thermometer is your BEST friend when grilling, roasting or frying meat of any kind.
