Step back and experience life spontaneously – in the present moment. Live the journey rather than fixating on the destination. Live with more peace by meeting people where they are at and assuming the best in them. What we expect may not be what happens, but it may in fact be what we need most of all.
BE MORE PRESENT by getting out of your mind, putting down your phone and watching, listening and caring.
STOP THE JUDGEMENT and allow and accept.
DO YOUR BEST and forget the rest.
RECOGNIZE FEAR and don’t let it consume or control you.
BE HONEST with YOURSELF and live a fulfilled life. Don’t be afraid of negative or uncomfortable feelings and always confront challenging emotions.
BE HONEST with OTHERS.
BELIEVE that JOY is YOURS…see all the simple pleasures around you. Don’t take life too seriously.
GET OUT OF YOUR OWN WAY by embracing change and uncertainty.
PRACTICE STRESS MANAGEMENT.
ALLOW NEGATIVE EMOTIONS and move through them – don’t unpack and live there.
LEARN TO RESPOND RATHER THAN REACT – be objective – take life a little slower.
ASK FOR WHAT YOU NEED.
REALIZE YOU CAN’T MAKE EVERYONE HAPPY.
UNDERSTAND THAT LIFE IS A JOURNEY.
