1/2 bushel of apples – peeled, cored, cut in chunks 1/2 bushel of pears – peeled, cored, cut in chunks 1 cup of water in each pan Boil until soft. Puree in food processer. Fill sterilzed jars to 1/4 inch from the rim. Add sterlized lids and rings (I boil mine for 5 minutes). Tighten and process – covered by 1 inch of water – at a rolling boil for 15 minutes.
