On May 1, 2022 by Pam

It is getting warmer, the pool will soon be ready to swim in – and my favourite leisure activity – floating and reading will begin. I found some great books this month – I highly recommend all of them.

An American Marriage

Atlas of the Heart: Mapping Meaningful Connection and the Language of Human Experience
Brene Brown

Life and Death in Shanghai

Everything Happens for a Reason: And Other Lies I’ve Loved
Kate Bowler

The Dance of Fear: Rising Above Anxiety, Fear and Shame to be Your Best and Bravest Self
Harriet Lerner

The Judge’s List

Wow! How do you fit that in during one month? Love the font of this piece, by the way. Very crisp!

I read for about an hour or so before I go to sleep. I also read outside and in between chores. I love reading and so I fit in a chapter here and a chapter there. I also always have an audible book on the go and a “deeper” read – like Brene Brown or Kate Bowler or Seth Godin, etc.
