The Brantford Rail Trail and the Grand River Loop

On August 23, 2022 by Pam

Today was an amazing day for biking! We added 33 km to my Ride for Kid’s Cancer and we had an incredible ride in Brantford. On our Biking Podcast, we talked about the many great rides you can take across Ontario – and across the country and even around the world. Biking is great exercise AND you can shed extra pounds and tone up. The ride today was amazing….the views of fields and the Grand River where outstanding.

I have fallen in love with biking and buying new bikes has made these rides so much better – this is my/our 17th ride in August and we will KEEP ON RIDING!!

Shout out to Nick and Brittany for the route and the driveway to park our cars and the filling of our extra water bottles – and the encouragement to “go for it”!!
