The Joy of Cycling

What happens when winter comes and your outdoor cycling days come to an end? Some people will by a “winter” bike or a fat bike but, those of us who don’t want to cycle around in the snow move to a indoor bike. This year, for my birthday, my family bought me a chaoke….an indoor cycling bike.

The bike is available on AMAZON and it is easy to use and VERY quiet. Tonight, my first ride was 30 minutes, 12 km and I was able to read my Kindle book as I road. The bike allows for increased resistance and I am only starting to learn how to use it.
