The 2022 Sock Project – OCTOBER
On November 4, 2022 by PamMany people have told me – and I definitely know this myself – when I decide I am going to do something, I complete the task 99% of the time. So, it is no surprise that I have completed a pair of socks each month during 2022. It is on my list, every day…I do not miss a day very often and, it relieves stress for me when I have a list of tasks and I can work my way through them. I always put everything on my list – reading, baking, exercise, meals, sewing projects, things I need to buy – you name it, it is there. It keeps me on track and allows me to store all the things I need to do in one place.
When reading is on my list, it gives me a chance to brew some tea and open my book and relax for an hour before jumping into a more “energetic” task. I never watch TV without something in my hand and I often knit while reading (especially sock feet and legs because they are just straight knitting).
I have 2 more months for sock knitting and I know I will reach my goal. I have also started assigning them homes as they are going to be gifts for friends and family this Christmas.
This pair is men’s sock and again, I have included the link to the pattern: https://noroom4phonies.com/2022/09/04/the-2022-sock-project-august/
