Back to The Wanderer’s Wife

After a short break for a Christmas project, we are working VERY hard to complete this quilt. The pattern is not easy to follow and it has become a “make it work” job. I have worked hard to use up as many scraps as I can for this project – and I have used up a LOT but, the end is requiring some VERY long strips.
I am currently working on Section 10, with Section 7 next and that will be the final section.
We are all at slightly different stage but, we have one thing in common – we are looking forward to finishing this project.
One of the difficulties about the pattern is that it doesn’t really include clear instructions about the sizes of each section. The bonus is that everything is sewn together with strips in between and so it is very easy to make adjustments (add a strip, take a strip out).

Luckily, we still have our little friend, Madigan to keep us company while we are quilting.
