What are you doing on the first day of Autumn?

This week has been a beautiful week – summer came to an end with soaring temperatures and lots of sunshine. Today was another beautiful day and we sat by the pool and read and swam and then took a beautiful bike ride along the canal. Autumn is VERY much in the air with its purples and yellows and reds and golds.

I am working hard to get 70 km of cycling in each week until the snow and ice forces me inside. This week, we took a 32.56 km ride from Ridgeway to Port Colborne, a 21.94 km ride on Thursday morning along the canal path and today, 21.88 km along the canal again. Our total for this week is 76.88.
