Another beautiful rug…this one is in our bedroom and was made from the leftover fabric from the quilt that I made for our bedroom. This is the second rug that I have made – this one turned out really well. It is difficult to make them turn out flat. This time, I washed the rug and stretched it out with pins – (blocked it like a knitting or crochet project) and that really helped it to dry flat. The trick when sewing the rug together is to really “scrunch as you go”.
