Don’t let those little 30 minute blocks go to waste! I use them to add a post to my blog or write some notes for my next podcast or research the next books I want to read. I think I live my life in 30 minute blocks. I can clean out a garden, rake a bag of leaves, pull out a box of Christmas decorations, throw a batch of cookies in the oven – no task is too daunting when you put a 30 minute book end around it.
