Getting Ready for Spring Dishcloths

By now, we are all looking forward to spring. Will March come in like a “lion” or a “lamb”? Can we wait 23 days until the first day of spring? What do you do to get ready for spring? Do you do spring cleaning? Washing curtains and windows, dusting walls and baseboards is a great way to get the dust of winter out of your house. We start planning our garden at this time of year. We have ordered seeds and, this year, we are looking forward to pulling up the tarps that we put down this Autumn and begin digging and adding soil to our newest garden. We also have an appointment to change back to our summer tires on our car and have a service on our transmission – ready for some road trips this summer.
I also take some time to have a look at my wardrobe – clean a few more items out of my closet that I haven’t worn and move things around to bring out my spring/summer clothing to make it ready for warmer weather. Most of all, I look forward to jumping back on my bike and riding and hitting the golf course for a round of golf, feeling the spring sun on my face and watching the bulbs in the garden poke up their heads.
