The sun is out today and so it is a perfect time to post these fun dishcloths that celebrate sunshine, warmth, blue skies and summer! Wake up each morning with gratitude in your heart for something, even on the difficult days. Walk in nature and most of all, invite positivity into your life. I used to think that you do this by almost being “Pollyanna” about things, but I have definitely changed my mind. I don’t mean that you need to be negative; however, now I feel that positivity is about standing up for yourself, seeing your own worth and treating yourself with respect. Dysfunctional patterns that make us feel bad should not be allowed to continue – in ourselves and others. Waking up with gratitude is about letting go of what you can’t control and not giving your power away. You know what works for you, you know how to put kind and positive energy into the word. Allow yourself to step back when you feel like it, but also allow yourself to be powerful when it is time.
